Complaint against apartment president dur to non transparancy
I am one of the owners of an apartment. However, the current president of the apartment association does not inform the owners about any matters concerning the apartment. The president has changed the watchmen three times in a year without informing the owners. The changes were reportedly made due to the watchmen not cooperating with the president’s personal work, as they were being treated like personal servants instead of apartment staff. Furthermore, the apartment maintenance responsibilities have not been handed over to anyone, and it appears that the maintenance funds are being misused for personal purposes. Can I file a complaint regarding this? If yes, where should I file it?
