I have bought a 2nd hand bike. At the time of registration I paid the full amount of fixed money. After some days the agent called me and said that the transfer is not possible due to not clearances of loan. He is refusing the amount to pay the remaining loan amount. What legal action I can take against him. I have the xerox copy of transfer paper signed by both of us and original registration card and both keys and owner manual also. Please help me out soon. It will be big help for me. Thankss.
