Unstable mothers harassment in family

I am 31 year old unmarried girl.father is alive.My real mother harasses me.Takes control over whole father's salary.Refuses to give for my needs.spends on herself and gives to brother.tell lies about me to others.creates fights unnecessarily against me before relatives and others.She don't want and let me to marry.wants to prove that i am mad.my health get poorer.i can't study properly.dont have money.i have much more to tell about my situation.please suggest.

They hide things from me.planning to send me to mental asylum.I am alone and scared.

There is nothing to worry. Go to the police station and lodge a complaint.

It also comes under Domestic Violence and you can file a DV case.

She and brother convincing father are threatening me that I don't have any rights to reside at house and forcing to left home.she will tie my hands and send to mental asylum.they hide everything about property,money,any purchases,brothers marriage etc, saying she will lock me inside house and will manage brothers marriage in guest house.I am very afraid.she convinced everyone against me.she abuses me daily.laughs at my bad health.she has property,money,people to support who will say that mother cannot be wrong.i have nothing.
