F & F settlement issue
Hello sir,
My husband was working with company x which is a stock broking company. He resigned with all proper formalities. The company is refusing to pay f&f payable by saying that his clients have debit. My husband is in the same industry for 10 years. He has never faced such situation. He says some of his colleagues had client debit when they left, but company paid them. Is there any way to file suit against the company?
