Impotency and divorce

Hi, I got married on 2010 and have only 2 times physical relationship with my husband. He neglects my basic needs except medical issues. I was suffering mental torure since marriage. Now a days my husband and his maid are very close. Which hurts me. My husband says everything is fair enough and I have to live this way only. I'm shocked. No idea what to Do. My husband also don't want to get divorce by mutual consent. What to I Do? I can do anything go my husband but not for his maid. I want to live with dignity. Which is not possible now. Is there any provision to get divorce or have monthly allowance in my case? I took psychiatric help and he said it's a psychological problem. Medicine are not effective in my case. What do I Do?

A.You can file divorce petition or maintenance, with the help of lawyer but it will be affected on maintenance
