Dear Client,
EWS certificates are typically issued to individuals belonging to economically weaker sections of society, regardless of their caste or religion. EWS Certificate is for those who belong to the General Category but whose annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum. An EWS Certificate issued by most of the Indian States remains valid for the relevant fiscal year that ended on 31st March of the year irrespective of its date or month of issue during the relevant fiscal year and thereafter, it requires renewal for revalidation of the certificate for the relevant fiscal year. So, when your State EWS Certificate was issued on 10th October, 2024, you are eligible to appear ssc gd constable position scheduled to be held on 14th October 2024 as the EWS reservation is a central government policy, so an EWS certificate issued by any state government is accepted for central government jobs.
