My husband has made a case of Jhatta Saxon 9 but he had deliberately fired me from my house. I have leaked the notice, in which many false accusations have been imposed on me, but my in-laws are far away from here to come, it takes 13-14 hours to go. My daughter is still small, she does not live without me, Can not be taken in court because of this, but I can not go out of it, how long can this case run and if I want to bring this case to my court, what should I do?

A.Consult a local lawyer and go ahead with the case or if you want to bring this case to your nearest court then file a petition for transfer of suits before the High court.
