My uncle and his family are threatening us by not giving our rightful property

My father passed away 5 years ago. Both my father and my uncle's family are staying in the building the property is in my grandmother's name, but it hadn't been official registered(we only had sale agreement). After my father's death, my uncle decided to register the property through a advocate by filing a case(my family as first part and him a second party). The court has resolved the case by advising to register the property as follows, The property has 2 floors: the ground floor is split 50-50 between our family and his, the first floor is his, and the second floor is ours(he filed a fake case from our side telling that he is not giving our share which is rightfully my fathers so that it would be easier way to register). Now, they are asking to pay us 7 lakhs, saying he spent for my father's funeral and for the cost of registering the property.(But we are sure the cost come up to that amount, and they never discussed this woth us beforehand.) They started abusimg both me and my mother, So we left that house. They are still continuing to abuse us. We went to file a complaint in police station for the same but he bribed the police so it didn't go in our favour, due to which we signed a memorandum of mutual agreement, we said we would pay the 7 lakhs within a year, but it's impossible for us to arrange the amount so we agreed that we will sell the property, take our share and give him the 7 lakhs until then we would split and pay the utility bills accordingly. In the meantime he would use one of our house in ground floor that belongs to us. Now when we brought the buyers to sell that house and we just asked for the xeroc copy of those property documents so that we could sell that house(as the buyers are asking the documnets to verify) and they are saying they will only give it after we pay them 7 lakhs.(not possible for us) Also, they went ahead and renovated one of ancestral properties in the village without informing us and are demading money for those renovation costs as well. They are giving our share of rent and lease amount of the agreeculture land that are righfully ours. This situation is causing us greeat emotional and financial stress, and we are seeking help in resolving this matter fairly. Thank you.
