My husband is missing for more than 1&a half year I have 2 kids with me he had cheated me on financial grounds now I don't wish to be with him anymore how can I remarried is there any option

A.You should File a divorce petition and Definitely file for maintenance also.

You need to apply for the divorce at first and only after that can you proceed with the rest of the work.

A.Go to the court and file divorce petition then it will be clear. Without divorce don't go ahead please

A.DEAR MADAM
You have to get first legal divorce by filing application under section 13 of Hindu marriage Act 1955.if you go for second marriage without divorce then it is called adultery
