Legal advice regarding road construction near my resort

I own a small rest which has 12 swiss tents. My property is out of the city area by 2 kms and the whole stretch is getting a new road . But the construction is taken by a private company and they took 2 years and still the road is not made as they put the bigger machinery and man power in other projects which they have in other places. Lately i spoke to them and told them that i own a business and it is hurting my business when they block of the road at untold times and then when they bring big machines and work at night creating so much noise. After that I am being personally targeted by then as they bring the bigger machines right near by property and work at night creating so much noise that all my clients have left and I am loosing so much business. I asked them again and again to please atleast stop the work at night but they say that they will do whatever they please. Only way left is to fight them legally but i dont know how. Any help would be appreciated as I am loosing so much money over this and if not stopped i might losse everything.
