Seeking opinion for second hearing where reply is to be filed for dv u/s 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23
A) should an advocate accompany or an advocate drafted reply can be submitted? Any trial takes place before reading the respondents reply?
B) any steps to be taken for exemption of aged parents?

A.The advocate should file the written statement. It's not really necessary for the parties to attend the court unless the court advises otherwise.

A.If you are not appearing in person then you need an advocate.
The reply needs to be submitted.
If not submitted the court may hear your case ex parte.
Exemption for the aged parents must be done by way of a petition showing proper cause for absenting them from court and if the court finds sufficient grounds to accept the same it shall be accepted.

You need a petition for exemption of parents showing cause as to the grounds over which they are unable to attend the court.
