Am I eligble for itr or not

i have pan since 2016.. i dont know i need to pay itr or not here is short career review about me 2016-2017 jan to march mid, i work as office boy my salary was 10k inr with pf esi and over time of 50 rupay of 1 hour i guess i forget i was young so i forget about . later i work another company in 2019 my salary was 7k inr i work for 2 and half month later i left because of graduation. since then i work in 2025 apr 4 to august 16 in unregister company which pay me 10k inr,2 month in bank account and 2 month in cash last salary they will gave me in cash as well, not fully 10k i get only 2nd month i got 10k and other deducate of leave. early 2 job income in salary account and 2025 i got in my personal saving. other saving transaction was given by my father like recharging phone,buying game ,pay utility bill kind of other transaction like that. so now i am jobless again. i need to know i need to pay itr or not , i am qaulify or not if i am ,how i need to check how much i need to pay because i never pay, because i am unaware about it. now i dont have money. i just left 5k inr saving and last month salary i will get in sept about 4k something maybe or less i dont know. thats all . my financial history. i dont know how to pay what i need to do nothing. i am eligbe or not ?
