Q. Wrongful transaction due to a technical glitch

If a wrongful transaction takes place due to a technical glitch, what is the timeframe in which the organization can issue legal notice to the beneficiary on denial of returning back the amount?

A. dear client in your issue The timeline is Reasonable period which is not defined but ordinarily taken as 30 days.

A. When you know it is wrongful transaction, better to set it right quickly and clear the issue. Why to incur all legal,criminal and financial issues like, cost, delay payment charges,interest etc.,You can also consult a civil lawyer to guide & help you in this matter.
