Sir , my husband is an auto driver and he cause an accident by hit a stray dog and multiple injury on body and pelvic bone fractured bed rest for two month we are claim for vehicle insurance but they never get any amount .now 50 days after the accident they told any medical assistance will not get becuase two vehicles not involving the accident what we do sir what is the rules Include in acccident hit by stray dog
