PSC Employment

Sir, I was included in the Rank list of Kerala PSC that was published in 2020 Feb and cancelled in 2023 Feb for Clerks in Various Apex Coop in Kerala . Qualification was B Com Coop . My Qlns : M Com , B Com Coop , DTP, DOA , DCA ( All Govt Inst ). There are 19 Apex institutions in Kerala and 2000 vacancies in Clerical posts . Only 3 Apex societies reported vacancies for that list. My Concern is an Apex Coop firm ( I am not specifying its name here ) "reported 11 clerical vacancies to PSC in 2020 June" and withdrew the vacancies after 2 months saying qualification changed as B Com Cooperation & DCA . They called for new notification in the same year through PSC. For which exam was conducted and rank list ( 25 candidates in the main list) was published and the same was cancelled within 1 year. AT PRESENT THERE IS NO RANK LIST FOR THE SAME POST. As per latest RTI, at present there are 25 temporary employees working in the same post WITHOUT NO PROPER QUALIFICATION. As a qualified individual , if they select clerical vacancies from the list that was published in Feb 2020,  I will surely get the job as there are a huge number of vacancies in that concern including NJDs. I can't apply for new notification because my age is over and I'm a General Category Candidate. I filed a suit on the same in 2023 , pointing out that the withdrawal of reported vacancies is unjust and arbitrary. Case was filed through a famous Advocate in Hon. HC . When filing the case she was very happy , but now she says that RANK LIST IN WHICH I INCLUDED WAS CANCELLED so there is no chance to get any favourable orders and my case is still pending for 2 years. Please give legal advice in this subject. If I fail in HC , will there be any chance in SC? I think my case is just and genuine. I can prove that There is no rank list for the same post and 25 temporary hands working there at present without basic qualifications. Please excuse phone calls . I prefer e mail replies/feed backs.
