What is my OBC Creamy Layer status?
I am working in private company. My total taxable income (gross – deductions) exceeds 8,00,000 pa for last 3 consecutive years. My income source is only through salary from private company. My father is no more and so there is no any income from him. I want to apply for government job and want to choose reservation category as OBC since I belong to caste permissible under Central OBC list. Am I eligible to do so or i should be filling the form in open category?
