Tenant Harrasment
What can I do against my landlord who are trying to extort money out of my deposited security. I evicted their flat before the start of the month and settled all my pending bills but after two days they came to check the apartment and asked to forfeit all of my security deposited amount and even asked for more to basically renovate their apartment. They asked for unreasonable charges for painting work of whole aprtment when they didn't provide us with it when we moved in, and further work like Wooden work when their was no damaged to their property at all and billed us for about a lakh.
