I have stayed with my girlfriend in hotel using my wifes id card. Which she recently found out. She is now going for a divorce . She has also threatened me of grave consequences. Legally I would like know where my situation stands and what are legal punishments that can be given by court.

A.dear client in your matter You have violated various criminal laws which attracts various provisions of law & resultant punishment under the strict penal code law & punishment which you cannot escape.better to consult a senior family and criminal lawyer quickly. You can also try to conciliatory process with your wife to ovoid all legal, criminal & conviction and punishment that may be imposed on you.

A.Legally you stand no chances our laws are very clear & well defined you will be in more trouble than you can think. A.If a wife wants a divorce with some ground like what you did, she might succeed. I don`t foresee any more danger to you. O would suggest you to some how pacify her by promising not to do such things again, and keeping the promise.

A.Dear Client frankly speaking you are in all likelihood going to have tough times and possibility of getting jailed due to adultery. I would suggest immediately get in touch with a lawyer and seek his guidance on how to save yourself.
