I am scammed by a company

I signed a agreement with a company named " STM COMPANY" . For a data entry home based job. The contract was " If I can not complete the project within the date . I have to pay 4500 rupess. And the last date was 11/7/2019. I couldn't complete the project due to some technical fouls.
And I got a call from their advocates that I have to pay 15000 as the damarage of the company. And paid that and thay are again asking 18990 rupeed for the NOC.
Sir what should I do now?

A.Dear Client,
1. Attend the Calls from the Concerned Advocate Make a Phone Recording of this.
2. Ask the Advocate Details like which court you are working in, which bar council registered, State Bar Id Number. ask his offices ======= he will either scold or switch off the phone.
3. Then take all the phone call recordings to take this issue to the Cyber Crime Cell Department of the State. if they refused to approach the senior police officers in the state eg. Inspector, Assistant Commissioner, Commissioner.
4. If they refused to file a Case. Approach the Technology lawyers specialized in Cyber crimes.
Maximum it is resolvable try to record the phone call it acts as material evidence in the Indian Evidence Act.
