Motor vehicle Accident

I was driving going towards kr market from kr circle in morning traffic in a bike I was going straight by putting right indicater signaling to take a right turn towards nrupatunga road a car from left side collide with my bike nd I fell towards my rightside nd his car was totally towards 3/4 of bike, then I tried to pull up my bike nd saw there was no injury was caused to car rider or other nd there was no brakage of windows or any glass material of car. However I hve not took any photos of vehicle nd dint took contact details of car owner as I was running out of time due to work. Since no major damages caused to the car. Is there any necessary for me to file complaint or is there any chances of other party filing complaint against me. How can I file complaint if i don't know the vehicle no or any other details of other party.
