Non payment salary

In India, if your employer is withholding your salary, you can file a complaint with the Assistant Labour Commissioner in your jurisdiction. The Labour Department will then investigate the matter and mediate a settlement. You could also consider sending a formal legal notice through a lawyer. Regarding the AWS credentials issue, your employer is unlikely to succeed in a lawsuit against you as a former employee.

In the given scenario, serving a legal notice to the Company, you can file a complaint against the Company over unfair labour practice before the concerned Labour Commissioner or the Inspector, Shops and Establishment seeking their intervention to resolve the issue. You can also file an application u/s.33C(2) of the I D Act before the State Labour Court claiming your dues along with interest from the company receivable to an employee post-resignation. But, if you are holding the position of Manager or Administrator in the Company, you have to file a civil suit (money suit) against the Company before the Civil Court seeking desired relief in the matter.
