Job issue
Facts of the Case 1. Starting from April 2025, my employer began arbitrarily restricting my work as follows: • April 2025: I was allowed to work for only 14 days and then verbally instructed to remain at home. • May 2025: I worked only 5 days and was again verbally told to stay at home. • June 2025: I worked until 19 June 2025. From 20 June 2025 onwards, I was forced to remain at home indefinitely without any written order or official communication. 2. On 2 July 2025, I sent an email requesting: • Written confirmation of my employment status, • Payment of pending wages, • Settlement of gratuity, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) dues. However, I did not receive any written response. 3. On 14 July 2025, I received a phone call from my Manager, Mr. Sandeep Tiwari, instructing me to resume work. I agreed on the condition that: • My pending wages for 72 days be paid, • I receive a written assurance of continuity of service. My manager refused to provide any written assurance and informed me that the HR department would respond. To date, no response has been received. 4. On 18 July 2025, I sent another email reminding the management about my pending dues and seeking clarity on my employment status. Again, no response was provided. 5. Due to the employer’s continued inaction, on 1 August 2025, I filed this complaint through the Samadhan Portal. 6. As of August 2025, my pending wages total 116 days of unpaid salary. Sir What can I do?
