Sir I am staying at 8 unit apparatmnent in chennai and it's not registered in housing society, one person have 3 flat on his own and not paying maintenance so what should we do, to recover maintenance, other owners are not cooperating to go against the person for face value.. Since I work & completely maintain the apartment i am facing lot of mental agony.. I am confused how to slove this issue.
