Cross State Registered Partition Deed not recognized

Subject: Partition Deed Registered in Tamil Nadu – AP SRO Refusing Index II/EC I own agricultural land in Satyavedu, Andhra Pradesh which was acquired under a registered partition deed executed and registered at Arakonam SRO, Tamil Nadu. The Andhra Pradesh Revenue Department has already accepted my ownership and updated all revenue records (Pattadar Passbook, Adangal B1, mutation) in my name.However, the Satyavedu SRO is refusing to update the Index II and Encumbrance Certificate (EC) in my name, stating that the registration was done in Tamil Nadu and their system (CARD) has no provision to update such cross-state deeds. Several official memos from Arakonam SRO (Tamil Nadu) have also been sent to AP SRO requesting the update, but in vain. The District Registrar (DR) has also expressed inability to help.Is there any legal way or judicial order supporting my right to have Index II and EC updated in Andhra Pradesh based on a TN-registered partition deed? What remedies or legal steps can I take to resolve this cross-state property record update issue?
