Severance Pay related Issue
My employer told me in first week of September that this is my last month in the company and they won't be paying any severance pay as well which is 3 months notice or salary as per my offer cum appointment letter. Also I took only 2 months maternity leave and there were some delay & misses in work from my end lately. What should I do now regarding Severance payment & if deny their offer I e only Sep salary which I worked & proceed for labour law help, what will be the procedure & how much time will it get to resolve
