Application of catch up rule
Sat Sri akal sir ji. Pls check the letter about seniority (catch up rule) Is it applicable on me. My seniority number in master caste 54014 and reserve category employee 54499 Reserve category employee promoted in 2011 as english lecturer at the time I was also eligible for promotion as english lecturer. But due to reservation I was not promoted. I was promoted as lecturer commerce in 2021.now I applied for seniority on the basis of catch up rule. But dept denied my seniority by saying that you should be promoted as english lecturer (same subject) but dept not promoted me as lecturer english so I took promotion as lecturer commerce. Pls check this letter applicable on me or not?
