Cyber Crime Enquiry Email due to LIEN

Anybody who would have done peer to peer (P2P) transfer or received the money from bit coin trading or crypto currency trading into his account will automatically become part of that chain of crime and therefore the police/cybercrime team asks the bank to freeze those accounts putting a lien on it and to unfreeze a frozen bank account you have to wait untill closure of investigation in the reported cybercrime. In the course of the investigation, you may be interrogated by the police or the IO of the Cybercrime Cell to access or identify the source of the fraudulent transactions. In the given scenario, when you received an e-mail from Gurugram Cybercrime Cell asking you to joint inquiry in the reported cyber scam, you should immediately consult with an Advocate specializing in cyber and banking laws to ensure the veracity of the e-mail either from local police station or contacting the Gurugram Cybercrime Cell and send them a letter explaining your account transactions and evidence like receipts, transaction details, or communication logs that support your defense in the reported cyber scam requesting for conducting the inquiry through video conference.
