My maternal grandmother's father has Ancestral property,he is giving his some property to my maternal grandfather,maternal grandmother and his son (my uncle).My maternal grand father is expired in 2013,his property is developed by my uncle without intimating my mother and other daughters,now this property is totally developed and now before 1year ago my maternal grandmother made JV of his property with one builder,again without intimating any daughter, actually all this matter did by my uncle,and not giving any benefits to any sister,now I want to stay on this latest JV done by my maternal grandmother ,so that builder is not able to do any activity on this land.My uncle give only oral hopes that I will give you 1flat and so to all of sisters.please advice e how can I stop this JV .

A.Dear sir
Do not worry your mother will get a share but your mother must file a suit for partition immediately and get stay against the builder.
