Harrasement from my uncle and mother

am pursuing my education and my mother decided to marry me through arranged marriage.My father died in my 10th standard. From then my uncle(Mother's brother who is married)took care of us and control over us.We run a pharmacy in our village which meets our needs.So after reaching adulthood she decided to make me married and she gave the responsibility to my uncle and aunt(mother's sister).It has been 3 years they started looking for matches and not even once there is a match making because my uncle every time speaks rudely to the boys side parents.Finally my husband match came and they understood the situation and decided to marry me. My mother also dissatisfied with my aunt and uncles behaviour partways with them and confirmed my marriage with my husband.Upto the engagement we were happy.And my uncle in the mean time is making disturbances between us. We have 2 months of time between engagement and marriage. As my mother is single and doesn't have any support she asked my inlaws to hold the wedding and for that she will give the money for expenses. She was well and good upto the time before 1month of my marriage. After that she strated to act strangely with me ,my husband and inlaws. She started abusing me, torturing me,Not physical but mental.So I thought she will be set after my marriage but after my marriage she refused all the things she promise for and threatened my husband that she will not send me to my inlaws or with my husband.So after lot of time convincing my mother my husband and I walked out from there taking nothing. After that she is saying that we left her and saying bad remarks about my character that my husband and I made a mistake ( sexually) before marriage so that is why we walked out taking support from my uncle.My uncle in the mean time taking a chance abused me verbally and slapped me infront of my husband and called divorce lawyers infront of us within 10 days of marriage.After that we lived our life regularly and after a month I felt sad and remembered my mother so my husband took me to her and she remained silent so I thought Ok let her give some time But she has made a wild decision that she put all my jewellery in the locker making a joint account of my mother and uncle,nominee as my aunt.And she made us know about it through a third person.As my father died she raised me very strictly and restricted saying not to make my father lose his good name and made me have not to talk with any friends or my fathers side relatives.So I have only contact with my uncle and aunts family from then.So we decided to talk about the jewellery kept into the locker and what is the reason behind her behavoiur.Then also both my uncle and my mother badmouthed use utter language against me and my inlaws.After that we moved on and we called her some times to make ger change by talking and every time same reaction from them.So I decided to get my certificates and documents from her and she said she burnt them and uncle took photos.they called a constable and when I said that they burnt my certificates he just casually said file a missing case and go get your certificates.I am a mother of a baby 3 months old how can I get my certificates by going around universities and boards.By that they have an expression that we have acheieved and took our revenge on me for which I had done nothing.
