Q.Property Dispute
My mother has already signed the property papers in favour of elder son and registry has already been done afterwards somehow elder son has asked my mother to leave the home and now my mother is living with her younger son and now she willingly wants to change the documents to younger son. Can it be possible the same shop/home can be transfered to younger son

The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007
What are the important features of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007?
Ans. The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 envisages providing need based maintenance to the parents/grand parents from their children. Tribunals will be set up for the purpose of settling the maintenance claims of the parents in a time bound manner. Lawyers are barred from participating in the proceedings of the Tribunals at any stage.
The Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 also contains enabling provisions like protection of life and property of senior citizens, better medical facilities, setting up of old age homes in every district, etc.
What is the applicability of the Act?
Ans. The Act extends to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir and it applies also to citizens of India outside India (Section 1(2)).

A. ) Dear client,
Your mother has registered her property to elder son, now only one way is that if she file a petition before registrar for forcefull and coercive and threaten under pressure of younger son's life and her too that registry was done and she wants to vacate the registry and also file a complaint or FIR against him with the same reason. Lastly with all document file a case against him a criminal al case and get the order to disqualify that registry in his name and revert to her name .

A. ) Yes it can be altered. There are certain grounds in which one of the ground is force . Forcefully he made her sign under false pretext of giving her peaceful life .
