Money Distribution problem in family
I belongs to HINDU religion, my father died working in a PSU (Public Sector Unit) hence company transferred some money (my father’s remaining job salary) as a compensation in my mother's account according to their policy. My father didn't made any will or nominee in his life, so my question is – According to Indian Law "Can any family member (like my grandmother, brother etc. ) demand his/her partition from that compensated money?"
A.Dear Sir,
