Security deposit deductions

Kindly let us know what are the general deductions which will be deducted from security deposit before paying the security deposit amount to the tenant at the time of termination of agreement?List the following heads of deductions which will be deducted from security deposit?

A.Please look up to the clauses specifying any deductions. If not there shall be no deduction.
