Halo Sir/Madam,I have got a garage in a society building .,which was related with the flat in same building.As father expired ,we r 4
Legal heirs.In the some part of share form
Of mine got this garage by means of registered Release deed with NOC of my other legal heirs & also from society.
Question_ Is such release deed require to be
Mutated ?
Is revenue department will mutated such property ?
Can any other person sell garage instead of
Release deed without in my notice ?

A.U are owner or tenant. If u have sale deed then needed share certificates from society

A.Hello,
If according to the release deed, NOC and share certificate you own the absolute rights and interest as well as peaceful possession of the said garage then you do not need to mutate and neither can anyone else sell the garage as you are the absolute deemed owner of the same.

Thank for reply,there is no separate share certificate.As the garage was related to
The flat,flat owner brother is having the share certificate,& such garage is been released to me(sister) & registration has been done as an inherited.Can they sell such property ?

Based on your reply, my advice would still be the same however if you want a greater proof of ownership, you can proceed to mutate the property but that would only complicate things. It is solely your choice whether you want to mutate or not.
