Me and my friend started a Business of Mens wear garments. We are basically Wholesellers of Mens wear like jeans,Shirts and T shirts.
We Sold our Jeans to one Retailer of mens wear and his Shop name is Bodyguard in Ahmedabad. He told us to gave the products on credit. He promise us that he will make payment every week and will complete the whole payment within 45 days. In the beginning we told him that we will give you the product on credit after you purchase our product 2-3 times on cash. However, he convinced us toh give the peoducts on credit. Around 60000 was the bill amount out of which he gave 20k only and 40k is still remaining. Now its been 3 months passed but he used to continously bluff that he will give the money by tommorow pr either after 2 days and all. Request you to pls help us as he used to get angry when we ask him for the money

A.Hello,
You can always claim your rightful consideration by way of sending a legal notice to the person.
If you have a written agreement with him then it is all the more better for you to ask him to perform his part.
Do not be scared of asking your hard earned money back. Just don't turn to illegal extortion.
Hope that helps!
Regards.
