സാർ ഒരു ഓൺലൈൻ ഗെയിം തട്ടിപ്പിൽ എന്റെ മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ പൈസ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. ഞാൻ cyber പോലീസിൽ പരാതി നൽകി... എനിക്ക് ഫോണിൽ മെസ്സേജ് വന്നു 19999 രൂപ ഹോൾഡ് cheythu വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു പോലീസ് മായി ബന്ധപെടാൻ.. എനിക്ക് എന്റെ പൈസ തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുമോ

The Rs.19,999 shown as “on hold” has the highest chance of coming back because police and banks have already managed to block that amount in the suspected fraud account, and once the investigation confirms you are a genuine victim and there is no competing claim, they can order the bank to refund it, while the remaining amount above three lakhs will depend on whether the cyber police can actually trace and freeze those funds in time, so you should keep following up in writing with both the cyber police and your bank, promptly submit all proofs, and if there is no progress for a long time, consider escalating to higher police officers or filing a complaint with the banking ombudsman for any part lost due to bank delay or negligence.
