Question about RTI for ilegal construction

Thanks to give me chance for question..I am living in village from gujrat.kheda district..my neighbor has constructed his home on Raj Marg (panchayat road)..can I give RTI for know actual size of street road..if yes can you send me sample form on my mail...? I tried to fill online RTI but couldn't know ministry / department option for complain..or can you say Wich department option should I chose .lfor online RTI portal? thanks

Why you are making the issue so complicated. Go out of your house and find out the Panchayat Office and got to the Taluka /tahasil office and there in the stationary shops you get format and get postal order for Rs.10/- and submitt RTI application in the same panchayat office.

A.Go to the any Xerox center or ask a RTI form just write on subject what information you need. Or send through post office
