civil case pending.

Properties accepted in toto as joint hindu family properties , i filed a partition suit for partition in 2008 pending in district court, a suit property supposed to be sold in brothers wife name. she files a suit seeking stay and obtains it in absence in absence in 2014 . file a transfer petition to the partition suit ,suit dismissed in 2015 after trial, appeal filed in high court, mean time Cma filed by me and obtainted stay to the stay in munsif court High court transef's munsif court case to district court. whats the status of sub courts stay.

Dear Sir,
Once it is transferred and clubbed with another suit then you must file an application to continue the stay in the main suit. It is not known which is main suit.
