My grandfather is living in Bihar. He has bought most of the properties when my father has given money to him. Now he is declining that he will not give any property yo my father and transferring all property to my uncle's wife name.

My uncle is hooligan that's why my father is afraid from him.

We are there sister and one brother and we are living in delhi.

I want to file a case for my right and want that court will issue stay notice so that my uncle can not make his home to my grandfather's property till it's not divided into all person.

I also want that file case from delhi because I don't want to go to Bihar because it is unsafe for me.

So request you to please suggest that what should I do so that I can get my right.

Hi Mam,

Thanks for suggestion. My father and grandfather both are is alive so that in thia case can I claim for my part.

And where should I can register criminal case against my uncle because once we tried to file complaint but police officer declined and after that I have to filled RTI for filling of complaint but we have not got any solution. After taking bribe they will close case without listening to us.

So there is provision where I can fight my case from delhi...Because in comparison to Bihar we will met less corrupt police men.
