subcourt stay's munsif courts order case transfered district court status ?

joint family property.i filed partition suit 2008, suit pending , one property sold by kartha to brothers wife. she file a suit in munsif court and obtains stay in 2014, she files a transfer to District court suit dismissed files an appeal in high court, mean time i filed CMA and obtains stay. High court orders transfer to district court. whats the status of sub courts stay.?

A.Will stay to be in force unless set aside by a superior court.
