My friend purchased 30,% share of free hold property.20% share was already purchased ny someone else the portion was specically detined in both the case.my friend tool loan from bank and property was mortgase.as a formility of bank a intercee agreement was sighned.the second party made a false sighen and later on filed a crimnal police case.the police registered the case of forgery,420,467,468 etc.with out proper enquiry under the influence of other party.the question is this without any fraud or financial loss to any body can a case of 420 van be registered.where as bank has made it clear that in case of any default in loan they will recover it only from my frienf
