when Forced resignation case can be filed

I was forcefully resigned 2 years ago. HR called me to office , handed over termination letter to me. I got scared and asked for resignation. Can I file case against them now ? I have all the email proofs.

Depending on your role:

Workman: Labour Commissioner (Industrial Dispute).

Managerial staff: Labour Officer under Shops & Establishments Act.

If not satisfied → Civil Court for damages.

Send a Legal Notice

Through an advocate, send a legal notice to the company demanding:

Declaration that your resignation was coerced,

Payment of dues, compensation, or reinstatement, and

Response within 15 days.
