Goods not delivered amt paid not answering the calls
visited Sana Bangles Store for a direct walk-in purchase, where Mr. M.D. Hyder assisted me with product selection. After reviewing several items, we finalized and purchased goods worth ₹60,000 from the store. Mr. Hyder assured me that he would send good-quality products exactly as selected during the visit. However, upon receiving the goods on 12-11-2025, I found that the items delivered were completely different from what was chosen and of poor quality. The designs were not as shown, and the overall standard of the products was very disappointing. I have been trying to contact Mr. Hyder for the last two days, but he is not responding to calls or messages. This has caused inconvenience and financial loss to my newly established business. I request your immediate attention to this matter and expect that the issue will be resolved at the earliest—either by replacing the defective products with the ones originally selected or by refunding the full payment.
