I want to purchase property with my own earned money,could you please advise what is to be do done to avoid any claims from family members in purchased property

A. ) Hello,
Self acquired property cannot invite any claims from your family members, as it is bought by your own earned money.
To buy a property, do complete all the legal prerequisites before signing the deal.
If you want to be more on the safer side, make a registered will for the newly purchased self acquired property.

A. ) If you paid ITR regular on ur name then no one will be claim on it . Otherwise purchase it on ur wife name or daughter or son name
