I want to purchase property with my own earned money,could you please advise what is to be do done to avoid any claims from family members in purchased property

A.if you are paying ITR no one can claim it.

A.Hello,
Self acquired property cannot invite any claims from your family members, as it is bought by your own earned money.
To buy a property, do complete all the legal prerequisites before signing the deal.
If you want to be more on the safer side, make a registered will for the newly purchased self acquired property.

A.If you paid ITR regular on ur name then no one will be claim on it . Otherwise purchase it on ur wife name or daughter or son name
