I am living in a multifloor flat and there are seepage problem in certain portion of my flat. Both the adjoining flats are responsible for the same. But they are not interested to take care of the repair/leakage problem. Kindly advise what is the best option to handle such a situation. Thank you for your kind advice.

This is what I have done sir....but.....the Head of the Society is also slightly reluctant to take up the matter with the other person. Reason is not known to me. But the person is a police man in Delhi Police. Thank you.
