Transfer of property based on Registered Will
4 years ago
Hi,
My mother has Registered Will making her the sole owner of the property from her mother who was the registered owner of it. My mother has done the mutation for bills in her name. But the transfer is not done. So what will be the basic procedure to transfer it in her name, and what all documents shall be required . There are no objections to the will from any body.

A.Hello,
You may have to execute a deed of conveyance.
If your mother is already the owner of such property and she has absolute interest in it with the mutated rights, the deed of conveyance can transfer the property entirely to your mother.
Hope that helps!
Regards.
