Recovering money from a person legally Recovering money from a person legally

Dear Sir/Mam,

A person took Money from me ?10,000 for an item he had to sell to me. After receiving the amount (through UPI) he did not reply to me for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks he threatens to neither return my money nor send the product we had a deal for, and demands double the amount we had deal with (another 10k). Now after 1 month, he still doesn't reply nor return a penny or the item.
What can I do now legally? I need some advice. I have the payment proof, chat conversations, his bank account & his contact no.

Thank You

A.Dear Sir,
Get issue a legal notice but it will be costlier for you to go for Civil Litigation.
