Will i get any notice/SCN?

I have ordered a sex toy from a website from china, i didn't now that importing these stuff from foreign country is totally illegal, now that i have to came to know about that... I have requested the seller to cancel my order they are trying to cancel it... So i want to know will i still get any notice?

Thanks for your enquiry, If you cancelled order no problem, If your order arrived india and under customs proceedings you may get notice.
