Land allotment

My grandfather is retired and applied for land in 2002 but his application was not properly processed and no reply was given . We are from kutch and we want to buy land so how can we approach to government to get our land allotment and what are processes we can follow my grandfather is retired in 2014

File a written representation to the District Collector, Kutch

State clearly:

Application was submitted in 2002

No response ever issued (administrative delay)

Grandfather retired in 2014

Family wants final status / allotment as per original scheme

Attach:

Copy of application (if available)

Grandfather’s retirement order

ID proof

Any proof of land scheme advertisement (if available)

Your grandfather applied for allotment of land in 2002 while in service, but never pursue the status of his application till his retirement from service in 2014. Be informed that there is no specific public scheme for allotment of land to retired state government employees in Gujarat, so the procedure involves standard land acquisition methods like buying from the open market or applying for any available government land schemes through auction or tender. Therefore, now in the absence of an specific or publicly announced scheme for retiring government employees in Gujarat, the process will be the same as for any other citizen.
