Hi, My home deed is on the name of My Grand Father & Great Grand Father. Now both are died. My father is 2 brother and 3 sisters. My uncle is trying to name all the property on his son's name. I want to ask you if it is possible since there are no nominee of the property as on date. What should we do? We want the property to be divided equally.

A.Hello,
If your family members agree to divide the property among themselves then you have to execute a partition deed. If this is not the case then you may file a partition suit in the Court.
Hope that helps!
Regards.
