Every e-commerce entity must have a Grievance Officer under Consumer Protection (E-commerce Rules, 2020).

You can file complaint through:

National Cyber Crime Portal (for fraud / cheating)


Choose: “Report Other Cyber Crime → Online Financial Fraud”
This helps when the seller has cheated you or not delivered goods.

However, be informed that a complaint or grievance over deficiency in service and unfair labour practices against an online service provider is filed through e-daakhil portal ( https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ ) introduced by the Consumer Affairs Department, Govt. of India following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 claiming appropriate relief along with compensation for harassment and cost of litigation. It may work faster to redress the complaint. Further, in case any branch office of the online service provider is in operation or running in your district, you can also file your complaint before the District Consumer Commission within TWO YEARS from the date of the cause of action.
